Paragraph 15 of the GAA Lease Agreement

Property Loss, Insurance and Crime:

Gas nears $4 a gallon in Georgia!

The pain at the pump continues for Georgia drivers.
AAA Auto Club South reported gasoline now averages $3.76 a gallon in the state, up 13 cents from the week before. A month ago, gas here was $3.32 a gallon. A year ago, it was $3.64.
The national average price of regular unleaded gasoline is $3.78 -- up 7 cents from the week before.
“Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like there will be much relief at the pump in the next couple of weeks,” said Jessica Brady, spokeswoman, AAA-The Auto Club Group. “U.S. refinery maintenance typically peaks in March, meaning we could see more cuts in refinery output, leading to higher gas prices. Although gas prices were forecast to peak in April, it’s unclear whether or not this will be the case since pump prices have already seen such dramatic increases.”

Re: Yearly Fire Inspection

Dear Valued Residents,

It is time for our Yearly Fire Inspection.  This is a mandatory inspection required by Dekalb County.  They have broken the community down into three sections. This allows you to know on what date the inspector will be entering your apartment.  He or she will be accompanied by a staff member.  They will be entering the apartments to check the fire extinguishers and the sprinkler systems.  The will need access to the entire apartment.  With this in mind, if you have a pet of any kind, he or she will have to be crated/kenneled for the day that matches your apartment.    If you can not crate your pet because you don't own a crate, you may also look into boarding your pet for just that day.

If you have an alarm set to your apartment, please make sure that you have provided the office with a code to access your apartment.  Stone Creek will not be responsible for any charges associated with police being dispatched due to apartment alarms that may be tripped.

Please be proactive with any situations you may have by notifying the staff in the office. We can be reached at 404-633-3010 or at stonecreekasst@nals.com .

The schedule will go as follows:

February 26, 2013- Apartments 1002 - 3012

February 27, 2013- Apartments 3101- 6004

February 28, 2013- Apartments 6006 - 8308

Please note that we have sent out this letter via e-mail. If you have not provided us with the e-mail address that you most frequently check, you may want to contact us ASAP. We will be stopping paper notifications in the very near future.

Thank you,

Parking Enforcement

Dear Residents,

I would like you to know that we are in the process of installing additional parking       violation signs throughout the property. These signs will allow us to start enforcing the parking violators by  booting their vehicles once again.

We will start the booting service on Monday, October 15, 2012. Please make sure your vehicle has a Stone Creek window decal.

Starting October 15, 2012 Advance Booting Services will be on the property multiple times throughout the day and night to ensure all vehicles are in there proper location. Each vehicle will need to have a Stone Creek vehicle decal visibly affixed to the front or back window of the vehicle. Please ensure that each one of your vehicles has a decal.    Unregistered vehicles (Visitors) must park in Visitor’s parking spaces. Please do not   double-park, do not park in Handicap spaces without a visible handicap sticker, tag or plate; do not park on a curb, do not park in a striped line area, do not block a garage or other vehicles in a parking space.

Any parking violators will be booted at the owner’s expense. If booted call Advance     Booting Services at the number left on your booting sticker to pay the fine and get the boot removed from your vehicle. The fine is $75.00 per day. Stone Creek at Druid Hills does not have the ability to remove the boot or waive the fine. Payment must be made directly to the booting company and it may be in the form of cash, Visa, or Master Card.

Please note that if a vehicle does not have a decal it will be considered to be a visitor’s vehicle and must be parked on a visitor’s parking space.

Swimming Pool Close.

Dear Residents,

Is with great regret we have to tell you that our Pool will be close from today, June 27, 2012 until Tuesday, July 31, 2012.

In order to provide you with a sparkly pool for the rest of the Summer, today we had to empty half of the Pool. We will be refilling the Pool throughout the weekend and getting the chemicals to the appropriate level.

You can still enjoy the Pool area for Sun bathing and utilize the Cabana and Grill area.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

Have a fantastic weekend.
