Yearly Fire Inspection
Dear
Valued Residents,
It is
time for our Yearly Fire Inspection.
This is a mandatory inspection required by Dekalb County. They have broken the community down into
three sections. This allows you to know on what date the inspector will be
entering your apartment. He or she will
be accompanied by a staff member. They
will be entering the apartments to check the fire extinguishers and the
sprinkler systems. The will need access
to the entire apartment. With this in
mind, if you have a pet of any kind, he or she will have to be crated/kenneled
for the day that matches your apartment.
If you can not crate your pet because you don't own a crate, you may
also look into boarding your pet for just that day.
If you
have an alarm set to your apartment, please make sure that you have provided
the office with a code to access your apartment. Stone Creek will not be responsible for any
charges associated with police being dispatched due to apartment alarms that
may be tripped.
Please be
proactive with any situations you may have by notifying the staff in the

26, 2013- Apartments 1002 - 3012
February
27, 2013- Apartments 3101- 6004
February
28, 2013- Apartments 6006 - 8308

us ASAP. We will be stopping paper notifications in the very near future.
