Parking

Dear Valued Resident,

            The Management staff would like to introduce Advance Booting Services as a new service company! 

            Starting February 1, 2012 Advance Booting Services will be on the property multiple times throughout the day and night to ensure that all vehicles are in there proper locations.  Each vehicle will need to have a Stone Creek Car Decal visibly affixed to the bottom right hand corner of the front windshield of your vehicle.  Please ensure that each one of your vehicles have a decal.  Unregistered vehicles (Visitors) must park in Visitor’s parking spaces.   Please do not double-park, park in a Handicap Park with no visible handicap sticker, tag or plate, park on a curb, park in a striped line area, block a garage or other vehicles in a parking space. 

            Any violators will be booted at the owner’s expense. If booted, call Advance Booting Services immediately at the number left on your booting sticker. The cost is $75.00 per day.  Stone Creek at Druid Hills does not have the ability to remove the boot or waive the fee.  Payments may be made in the form of cash, Visa, or Master Card.  Please note that if a car does not have a decal it will be considered to be a visitor vehicle and must be parked appropriately.
